Viveros Sunnyridge Chile has the exclusive license in Chile for Emerald®, Primadonna® and Snow Chaser®.

High quality plants, micropropagated in America, acclimatized and rooted in Chile. Viveros Sunnyridge Chile Nurseries has also licensed varieties such as Star® and Jewel®. Conventional plant production and organic certification.

Patents and Intellectual Property

The Florida varieties are patented in the United States making illegal the comercialization in the international market of fruits from these varieties obtained from illegal propagated plants.

All the new varieties are protected in Chile and listed in the National Register of Protected Varieties of the Agricultural and Livestock Service that controls their trade.

Chile protected varieties can be propagated only by those licensed by the breeder. The propagation of these varieties is illegal and is a punishable crime in Chile by Law No. 19,342.
