Emerald®
This plant is well adapted in areas with 50 to 400 hours of cold. It is one of the most productive and strongest of all the varieties from Florida, overpassing Jewel® and Star® on these characteristics. Very vigorous plant with very good fruit size (18 to 20 mm). High resistance to Phytophthora and Botriosphaeria. The harvest date is similar to O'Neal, Star® and Jewel®, but the harvest period is much more concentrated than O'Neal..

Primadonna®
It belongs to the group of varieties requiring less cold. Its harvest occurs between 15 to 16 days before O'Neal, Star® and Jewel®. It is the variety with better size of all the varieties from Florida (20 to 22 mm). The fruit is of high quality, very firm, with light blue color.

Snow Chaser®
Its has very low cold requirement. Of great interest, because this variety broke the barrier of early fruit in the world. In Florida it begins to produce even 20 days before Star®. Very good color and excellent flavor. Very concentrated harvest period, ending when Star® production begins.

Sweet Crisp®
It is the only variety from the group of the University of Florida harvested in the mid-season. Its harvest is somehow earlier than Duke. It requires 350 to 600 chill hours. The fruit is sweet, crispy and extremely strong. Commercial tests of this variety are just beginning, but it has a tremendous potential.

Star®
"It adapts to areas with cold accumulations from 250 to 500 hours. Has proven to be more susceptible to diseases than other varieties of Florida. It is the least productive variety of his generation and yet it produces between 30% to 40% more than O'Neal and Misty. It is the only variety of blueberries that can be recognized visually as the scar of the petals in the fruit form a perfect star. This Characteristic makes consumers prefer This variety more than other."

Jewel®
Suited to areas from very low accumulation of chilling hours (30 to 100 hours) to areas with 500 chill hours. Produce at least 100% more than O'Neal and Misty. It has longer period from flower to fruit period than the other varieties of the University of Florida, making it more exposed to frost. The growers also prefer it for its vigor and consistency in production and also for the size of its fruits, bigger than Star.

Millenia®
It has proven to be highly well adapted in areas of low chill accumulation (50 to 200 hours). It is vigorous and productive. Its fruit is of excellent size. In areas of excessive heat during the harvest time, it may be less firm than the other varieties from Florida.

Spring High®
Along with Snow Chaser® it has broken the barrier of early fruit production. Fruit of very good size and excellent flavor. Darker color than the other varieties of the University of Florida. Highly concentrated harvest, that ends when Star® has its first mature fruits.

Spring Wide®
The harvest began a few days before Star®. As it is a new variety still there are no business experiences and needs further evaluation.
